Expectations
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas including dish station and walk in
- Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk in and organization
- Trash and recycling removal as necessary
- Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary
- Maintaining areas, as needed, in the dining room that require cleaning
Requirements:
- At least 1 year as a porter or dishwasher; high-volume restaurant experience a plus
- Must possess exceptional work ethic
- Ability to work in an organized and professional manner
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
- Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time
- Command of the English language
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
